- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not be prohibited from selling under any applicable law
3. Product Requirements
All products listed must:
- Be accurately described with clear, honest information
- Include high-quality, representative photographs
- Be in the condition stated in the listing
- Comply with all safety standards and regulations
- Not be counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items
- Be properly categorized and tagged
4. Listing Guidelines
When creating listings, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete product descriptions
- Set fair and competitive prices
- Include all relevant product specifications
- Disclose any defects or issues
- Use appropriate product images (no stock photos for used items)
- Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
5. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:

- Dangerous or hazardous materials
- Items that violate local laws or regulations
6. Order Fulfillment
As a seller, you agree to:

- Ship items within 3 business days of receiving payment
- Provide accurate tracking information
- Package items securely to prevent damage
- Communicate with buyers about any delays
- Honor all commitments made in your listings
7. Customer Service
You are responsible for providing excellent customer service:
- Respond to buyer messages promptly
- Handle returns and refunds according to our policies
- Resolve disputes professionally and fairly
- Maintain a positive seller rating
- Provide accurate shipping and handling information
8. Fees and Payments
FixThat.xyz charges a commission fee of 5% on successful sales. This fee is automatically deducted from your earnings. Payment processing fees may also apply.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes with buyers:
- Attempt to resolve issues directly with the buyer first
- Provide evidence and documentation when requested
- Cooperate with FixThat.xyz support team
- Accept final decisions made by our dispute resolution team
10. Account Suspension
FixThat.xyz reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
- Violation of this agreement
- Poor customer service or negative feedback
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Repeated policy violations
- Failure to fulfill orders
11. Liability
Sellers are responsible for:
- The accuracy of their listings
- The condition and authenticity of their products
- Compliance with all applicable laws
- Proper handling of customer data
- Any damages caused by their products
12. Changes to Agreement
FixThat.xyz may modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
